(insert some N64 wallpaper here)
We have a Nintendo 64 and an old 8-bit Nintendo, as well as running a Nintendo emulation program on the computer. Our favourite is of course the Nintendo 64. We have 4 games for it now!
Super Mario 64 came with our Nintendo 64. One of the first games available for the system, its also one of the best. Mario 64 features 15 levels, each of which must be played seven times, with different objectives each time, in order to collect a total of 105 stars. There are also 15 "Secret Stars" which must be collected from places outside of the levels. Some of these are "mini-levels" and some are part of the 3 "Bowser missions" and the 3 "special item power-up" missions. These missions are also separate from the main part of the game, though necessary to complete it. Speaking of completion, there are two ways to complete the game, one is to kill all three incarnations of Bowser (which can be done once you have 70 stars) and the other is to collect all 120 stars. James killed Bowser off some time ago, but we're still a few stars (4 last time I checked) from beating the game. We need 100 coins in Shifting Sand Land, Tick Tock Clock, and Rainbow Ride, as well as the 8 coins from Bowser #3, to get these stars.
What a different aspect of auto-racing! This game allows up to four players to race simultaneously.
The best game we've seen for Nintendo yet - amazing
James tried out two wrestling games for Nintendo, WWF Wrestling and WCW/NCO. He chose WWF Wrestling because it allowed him to create his own characters and save them on a Memory Card. He's since upgraded to WWF Attitude which has even more complex character creation routines and more features. He is a member of a WWF Nintendo players Web club, which I don't know much about.
