Guardian Arena

The Guardian Arena is the ultimate monster challenge! Complete an event to earn a new "Arena Title" and move on to the next! Brave adventurers come from all over the world to test their skills in the Arena... are you up to the challenge?

Additional benefits of clearing the Guardian Arena challenges is that you will unlock the Barbute Helmet after completing Frogzard Face Off and unlock the Guardian after you have completed the Beasts of Legend section of the arena.

For each challenge, the guardians will be fully healed after every two battles unless they are past the 'heal limit' level. For certain stages such as the Arena of the Dead, the monsters also becomes exceedingly difficult after a particular threshold levels, so you may want to clear certain areas early to avoid this issue.

Comments:

This stage starts out easy with little hard monsters and a generally good place for lower levels. However, the difficulty level jumps up a mile at level 40 when Droags and Zombie Hydras come into the picture, making it virtually impossible for characters to get through at the middle levels. When you get past the healing limit, the difficulty jumps yet again as you would now have to last through 8 battles which may include several Droags and Zombie Hydras.

Comments:

A popular spot to run because of weapon golems (1200 gold), the only shortcoming to this stage is Zadd, whose golem reinforcement can be a real irritant and makes the battle rather tedious.
