The women development program has been identified as essential under the present international context. Much credence has been given to the magnitude of wisdom, enthusiasm and zeal of our women managers and entrepreneurs playing a vital role in our development activities. 

To uphold this image, women managers, executives and entrepreneurs shall have to stir themselves in the quest of excellence and creativity through pragmatic training approaches and systematic education. The Women Development Program of the Institute of Business Administration was launched in 1990 as a comprehensive and compatible training program with a goal to cater to the above needs of women executives, managers and entrepreneurs.
