This center is relatively new compared to the others. It has started operations in early 2000. Academic Cases are an integral part of Business Education. The students of IBA often feel the need for properly developed cases in the context of Bangladesh. IBA Case Development Center  has started operation with an objective of developing standard academic cases with local examples not only for the students of IBA, but also for all other Business Schools of Bangladesh. Before going on leave Sheikh Morshed Jahan, Assistant Professor, IBA was on charge of this center.
