News & Views is the student’s own newsletter at IBA. Previously funded by the MBA Program Office under the patronage of Dr. Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury, former program chairman of the MBA Program, the newsletter is published once a semester. Cricket news, debate victories, graduation bashes, faculty chronicles – if it’s happening around IBA, you find it all in N&V. The newsletter not only provides students of the MBA and BBA program with fresh information about news and events in and around IBA, it also gives them an opportunity to look at life’s lighter side with its humor pages. N&V articles are written by the students, edited by the students, compiled by the students and published for the students. Usually an editorial board of 5 to 6 BBA and MBA students from all the batches takes over the task of bringing out yet another edition of N&V. Starting from the library facilities and information of how to avail of them to the buzzword in the business world, from the newest program chairmen to the current monitors in each group, from the victories in inter department or inter batch cricket to the achievements of recent alumni, from test dates to business quips, and even new ways and secrets of better performance in computer application – N&V helps you stay in vogue around IBA.
