The five-storied IBA Hostel has 150 seats for male students. The rooms are furnished with electric fans. It has a large dining room, a spacious indoor games room, a reading room, a prayer room and other necessary facilities. 

The hostel is located at Green Road and students can avail the Dhaka University bus service from the Farm Gate stoppage. All students must be either resident in or attached to the designated hall. 

The female students are attached to or resident in Rokeyyah Hall or Shamsunnahar Hall of the University of Dhaka. Seat rents are payable to the University along with tuition fees. Students will have to abide by the rules and discipline of the Hostel/Hall and other conditions of residence as may be prescribed by the authorities from time to time.
