1991 Subaru Legacy… The only car that Dave has KEPT for longer than 5 years… purchased in June of 1992 with 10,000 miles, this faithful Subbie is now closing in on 200,000 miles and is Dave’s daily driver. This was the car that brought each of Dave’s three daughters home from the hospital when they were born. When this car finally dies, it will be converted into a Jungle Gym and put in the back yard. It’s a part of the family

1996 Chevy Suburban… This is THE family hauler. You’ll find Shauna and the kids cruising all over town in this bad boy. We’ve already racked up close to 140,000 miles on “The Beast-O-Burban” with many trips to the Oregon coast, Boise , the Cascades, Spokane , and various other Northwest destinations! If you’re ever hungry, you can usually find some old McDonald’s French Fries, fruit snacks, or whatever else the kid’s take on the road for snacks. Dave beefed this up with wheels and tires from a 2003 Chevy Avalanche’… the truck of his dreams. Someday, he hopes to have the actual truck that those wheels and tires BELONG to! As you may know, Dave is a Minority In A Sorority with a wife and three daughters, a female cat and female dog… this TRUCK was Dave’s feeble attempt at adding a little testosterone to the vehicle line up at home a number of years ago. The day he opened the glove box and had feminine hygiene products fall out, he knew he had failed. You can BELIEVE that the next car in Dave’s Garage will NOT have that happen… see the next car in line

1978 Chevy Corvette, The 25^th Anniversary Pace Car edition… Dave picked this up for a song and a dance in the Fall of 2003 (Thanks Uncle Don!) and has begun the process of a mild restoration. Dave has already completed some of the mechanical himself, and the car is getting ready to hit the body shop this Spring to be completely sanded and repainted in the original Pace Car paint scheme. After which, Dave will begin to recarpet and reupholster the interior.
