CHEESE COOKIES

2 C  Flour
1 1/4  C Shredded Cheese
1/2 teaspoon  Garlic Powder
1/2  C Veg. Oil
4  tablespoons Water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, cheese, garlic and oil. Knead well, adding water as needed to form stiff dough.

Roll out on floured surface to 1/2" thick, cut into shapes with cookie cutter or knife. Bake until bottom of cookies are lightly browned, approximately 10 or 15 minutes.

Cool completely on wire rack and keep refrigerated for freshness or freeze.
