sorry for the basic look of this page. but it is getting late, hence want to upload this page. (will update this page next week.)

Anyway just some rules to help me provide a good service to the general public :-)

1) As I now set Sunday as the day to update the lists, can you please email any changes to country list / access number, etc by Saturday. Anything after that will be dealt the following week.

2) If you change your access number on site, can you please inform me if the old number is still valid or not.

3) As there is becoming more and more operators starting up each month I will from now on be putting access numbers in black. But if you can think of a colour which will go on the site background, and different enough from other operators colours, I will change it to the advice colour.

4) To operators who are just about to start and want to be added to the list (and if change to ones already there), can you provide a step by step instruction on how to use your service. So that a person can follow it step by step and able to place their calls.

5) From next month going to setup a ranking system. The way it will work is as follows.

Customer feedback (like line quality, realibity, etc.), if you keep me inform of changes, number of destinations (including times they can be called) offered and length of service.

Customer feedback will get highest rating, to length of active service getting the least weight in the ranking.

This will be updated monthly, and a collective ranking of it will be besides your name on the site plus your access numbers within the list will be positon accordingly. (highest ranking will be position first, lowest at the bottom.)

6) Lastly I will assume as well unless otherwise stated that when it says USA it will cover Alaska, Hawaii, Mobiles, Canada mobiles, Singapore mobiles, and Hong Kong mobiles.

Anyway I hope this all makes sense, and it is my way to award companies who try and provide a good customer focus service to its users.
