This months player of the month as selected by Ali is >>> CRAIG BRITTON
Why? On the 12/10/02 me and Ali went down to the rink for our usual skating lessons. This time though, we knew that the Phantoms were goin to be playin away at Whitley Bay and would have to get to the rink about the same time we would be skating. I bought along my autograph book and one by one the players arrived. But we must have missed a few of them (either that or they came in the back door) and we couldn't really go in the locker room to get their autographs. When we asked Craig to sign we were standing outside the locker room. He signed it and then asked "Do you want me to go in and get the players you haven't already got?" He took the book in and about five minutes later came out again with all the signatures we hadn't got... Ali says: He was v. sweet!
Normally it will be someone who has done something we think deserves some recognition... even if it was something that only happened to us! ^_^ Past POTMs are in the players section.
