This months recipe is for all those Football fans out there. With the Superbowl only being two months awayt
this beer is in Celebration of the Super Bowl.
I hope you enjoy it as much as the game.

Super Bowl Sunday Pale Ale

While not an "Official Holiday," Super Bowl Sunday could be on of the most fervently observed days in 
America. All of this country parties will be filled with Hot Wings, Pizza and of course Beer. This receipe
takes all the elements of Super Bowl Sunday in to account.In othere words it goes great with all the food,
but is light enough to drink all day. Which is what the Super Bowl seems to take 
Items Needed:
5 pounds Pale 2-row pale Malt        1 1/2 ounce Cascade Hops (Aroma)
1 pound Crystal Malt (40L)           1 Teaspoon Irish Moss
1 pound Wheat Malt                   1 package American Aleyeast
1/2 Pound Flaked Barley              3/4 Cups Corn Sugar ( for Priming)
1/2 Pounds Flaked Maize              2 Ounces Kent Golding Hops (Bittering)

Mash Crushed grains for 60 to 90 minutes  Collect 6 gallons of wort. Add Kent Kent Golding hops and boil for
1 hour Adding Irish Moss for the last 10 minutes of the Boil. Remove from the heat, add the Cascade hops,and
steep for 15 minutes. Cool the wort and pitch yeast. Primary ferment at 50 -55 degrees for 5 to 7 days. 
Transfer to secondary fermenter and ferment for an additional 7 to 10 days. Bottle, using corn sugar
l Age in the bottle for 10 - 14 days.
The Original Gravity of the wort should be 1.038
.
