Mike Arato has finished his term as chairman of the INFORMED CITIZENS OF PALM COAST.  We would like to thank all the members for their help in building a strong group.

We are announcing the election of Jack Chagnon as the new chairman of the ICOPC.  We all wish him the best of luck with the group
