ANY LEADREINERS WHO ARE NOT FULL MEMBERS OF THE CLUB MUST MAKE THEMSELVES ASSOCIATE MEMBERS AT A COST OF £2.50 PER PERSON PER SEASON(this is for insurance purposes)

ROSETTES TO FOURTH PLACE

AT THE END OF THE SEASON PERPETUAL CHALLENGE CUPS/TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED IN ALL SECTIONS. THESE ARE COMPETED FOR THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

ATTENDANCE

YOU MUST COMPETE A MINIMUM OF 4 SHOWS TO QUALIFY FOR THE END OF SEASON TROPHY. THESE MUST BE THE SAME HORSE AND RIDER COMBINAT ION IN THE SAME CLASS. TROPHIES OR CUPS ARE AWARDERED TO 3RD OR 4TH PLACE AT THE END OF SHOW SEASON.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

  • THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
  • SWEARING OR ABUSE DIRECTED TOWARDS A JUDGE OR CLUB REPRESENTATIVE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, ANYONE DOING SO WILL BE BANNED FROM THE SHOW.
  • Correct dress and footwear in all event. NO plimsolls or trainers in ridden classes.
  • No spurs or crops are allowed in the games classes. THREE STROKES of the crop are allowed for any ONE disobedience, any more will result in elimination and loss of attendance point. Cruelty seen anywhere on the field will result in elimination from the rest of the club shows in the season.
  • Under 16 yrs NO spurs.
  • Where the height of horse/pony in dispute a vets certificate will be required or horse/pony will be measured on field.
  • NO UNAUTHORISED PERSONS IN THE RING.
  • No SWEARING OR ABUSE WILL BE TOLERATED. Anyone doing so will be banned.
  • Riders or equines age is of the 1st Jan 07.
  • The organisers reserve the right to combine or cancel classes if insufficient entries.
  • NO FEES are returnable.
  • Any objections require a £20 depsoit within 15 mins of incident taking place, deposit will be returned if objection sustained.
  • It is competitors responsibilty to be on time for judging, if in another class you must inform judge.
  • Organisers reserve the right to change or substitute judges if necessary.
  • ALL DOGS TO BE KEPT ON LEADS.
  • Competitiors may enter the following combination of jumping classes only: BEGINNER & NOVICE, NOVICE & INTERMEDIATE, INTERMEDIATE & CLASS.
  • All ridden equines to be 4 yrs and over.
  • Ponies in lead rein must be 12.2hh or under with the exception of the minimus classes, Lead rein to be attached to noseband.
  • Lead Rein children 6 to 9 yrs may also enter the following classes: GROUP C GAMES(additional fee applies) BEGINNERS JUMPING (off leadrein) & IN-HAND SHOWING.
  • Competitors may be disqualified if there is outside assistance(with the exception of mini minimus).
  • Any horse/pony not under proper control by the rider/handler will be asked to leave.
  • Any unresolved questions will be referred to the chairperson.
  • All persons to abide by these rules.
  • THE ORGANISERS ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES OR LOSS TO SPECTATORS, COMPETITORS OR ANIMALS.
  • ADMISSION TO SHOWGROUND IS GRANTED AND ENTRIES ACCEPTED ONLY ON THESE CONDITIONS.
