word to yo motha
Everytime I see Bush I want to run for president. Because I know as a nearing 18 year old lad, I could do a better job at running the country than he ever could wish. Don't sit there and call me a fucking liberal. I am dead in the middle of the political spectrum. I have some very liberal views but also some conservative ones. This is a personal issue not a partisan one. My beef is with Bush and his mindless backers not the GOP.
But back to Bush and how much he sucks ass. I don't think we as a country have had this much negative press about one president ever. Every month there is something new that Bush fucked up on, or one of his actions/decisions that seem ludicrous. Mr. Bush, if you are going to give some of the biggest tax cuts ever, then don't do it in the middle of a god damn war. Where are you going to get the money to pay for your little regime struggle? I understand Iraq was a threat, but don't you feel stupid now for wasting 87 billion dollars of our money to go over there and find nothing? Weapons of mass destruction my ass.
Another thing, in times where humanity can blow itself up hundreds of times over, don't come on T.V. and say you are "a war president". When you say stupid shit like that it just gets all our enemies riled up and shit like 9/11 happens (refer to G-Bones article for my views on 9/11). Yes that was a sad day for all, but when was the last time you ever showed sympathy for an allied nation that went through a tragedy? (e.g. Australia...look that one up). I don't personally remember you going on air saying anything but "terrorism...war...Saddam Hussein...tyrant...weapons of mass destruction..."
The world doesn't revolve around President Bush, or America. Every country and every person in those countries is just as important as we are. And the fact that we are oblivious to almost everything outside of MTV and our popular culture, shows that we as an American people are an ignorant and uncaring group. I wish to change this image of ourselves and try and create a new America, one that isn't about who has the bigger gun, more expensive car, or better clothes. Collectively let's try and become what America should stand for, freedom and equality among everyone, not just ourselves.
Fighting the good fight,
