Feedback on cabaret…260 tickets sold 43 sold at the door 50/50 raffle $326.00

Discussed number of cabarets per year to attend…Tabled to the next meeting

United We Dance full…Bus will leave Acme Friday morning June 1 ….$45.00 will get $20.00 for casino Friday and Saturday

President meeting discussed setting up bylaws for UWD……Need volunteers to work at UWD Tim, Darlene, Denise, Joi, Leslie, Regina, Kateka Black and Gold t-shirts Discussed what to wear to dinner ……Sat night black bottoms / Royal blue top Pick up your own packets Must wear band to get into all functions….Joi will be our line person

The Urban League opens on July 7 Hopefully we will be having our classes there…

July 24 & 26 Summit County Fairgrounds perform 1 hr $150.00

June 8 & 9 parade line up 11:30 leave Buchtel…Perform Friday night 6:30 – 7:30

Ronnie suggested tailgate party w/admission 2 hot dogs + beer for September
