^{Old Business}

Urban League will open 1 week later than expected. We hope to be in there in July for classes. Would like to eventually have classes there on Mondays and Thursdays. Donna made motion to stay at Balch until further notice, Gloria 2^nd. We don’t want to jump up and leave but give people time to make the new move. Leslie asked about the intake sheet every week at the Urban League. Do we need to fill it out weekly?

The opening ceremony will be Sunday, August 19. Should last 1-1 ½ hr. Time later

Kateka stated Friday night from 9 – 2 at the Elite is line dance night. Ronnie asked if we could come the first Friday of the month. Suggested no teaching just hang out. George gave thanks for supporting his cabaret…

Wear any color shirt for the Summit County Fair and meet ½ hour before performance at the Toys r Us on Howe Ave. Tuesday July 24 at 7:00pm at the Gazebo and Thursday July 26 at 6:00pm at the Youth and Family Pavilion.

How many cabarets are we to attend this year? This has not been decided yet…

Fundraisers …Brenda suggested picnic..Dee suggested Skating Party…Brenda and Dee will look into it… August 4, 7 – 11pm at Akron Rollercade $5.00pp rental $2.00pp

Tim will look into a spot for a tailgate party for Sept..
