Meeting started at 4:25 with a moment of silence.

Meeting started with Secretary’s report being read and approved with necessary corrections.

Leslie made the motion Joi M. 2^nd.

Treasurer report was read and approved with necessary corrections. Leslie made the motion Tim 2^nd.

Old Business:

Ronnie: Leslie has set up the website for members to go in with a password.

Leslie will also put some music and dance of the month on the site.

Ronnie: Infinity Cabaret at the Summit County Fairground

Tim will head the committee. He will ask for volunteers first then if necessary will assign duties.

Ronnie: Would like for us to step up and show up with participation and teaching of dances in class on Monday nights.

Get your money in for registration ASAP. A copy of the registration form is on the website. Fundraiser money for the group will be distributed among those who participate and are going.

Registration is April 1^st.

Ronnie: Family for the Holiday - he has called a couple of churches and is waiting for them to respond.

Brenda: You can call the info line to see if any family has signed up.

Yolanda: We could pick from an Angel Tree.

Leslie: We should take the money from the Infinity fund.

Leslie made a motion to take out $100 dollars for the family. Larry L. 2^nd. He also added that if you want to add something else to it personally, you can.

Sparkle wants to rejoin the group.

Larry L.: What about any new applicants wanting to join the group?

Ronnie: We have voted Leslie Johnson in last meeting.
