Meeting started at 4:44 pm with a moment of silence.

Present: Larry & Gloria Brown, Joi, Wanda, Leslie K., Larry L., Kateka, Yolanda, Brenda & Leslie J.

Absent: Joy, Donna & Darlene

Old Business

Joi made a motion to accept April’s minutes & Wanda 2^nd.

Leslie J. motion to accept the Treasurer’s report & Larry B. 2^nd.

Sparkle did not catch up on her late fees. Larry L. has been trying to get in touch with her. She cannot take a leave of absence till all dues & late fees are paid.

Cabaret feedback

Larry L. was pleased with the turn out. He thanked all chairpersons & gave them all a gift. Photographer didn’t make much, gave $25 & photo of group. Correction to the ticket report, Larry B. was given 10 tickets. All 10 tickets were returned. Leslie K. most tickets sold, awesome job! Larry B. motions to accept the cabaret report & Wanda 2^nd.

Still no hard drive from Ronnie.

New Business

U.W.D. has agreed to have vendors there for $100 a booth each day. All U.W.D groups are asked to help out at the door & with registration.

Virgo’s cruise is a possible U.W.D. function.

As of right now, no Gateway Clipper fundraiser. Casino trip would be cheaper. Other fundraiser options are: sales dinners, another dance maybe in the fall (no food), raffle off gas cards.

Anthony turned in new membership application. We will vote on his application in July as well as a few other members & their attendance.

No meeting in June.

Dance of the month is Chuck Baby.
