Infinity Minutes
Meeting started at 4:44pm with a moment of silence.

Absent: Joy B., Larry B., Donna, Sparkle & Yolanda
Gloria made a motion to accept the minutes, Wanda 2nd.
Brenda made a motion to accept the financial report. Update cabaret report w/changes.
Reminder to pay dues monthly.
Upcoming cabarets: Louisville Slyde Sept 12-14, I am Kenny J Aug. 22-24, Detroit to Cleveland Connection & Georgia’s Sept 6.
Check with Summit Fairground about deposit & see if April 18, 2009 is available.
Update website w/numbers & addresses.
Larry L. spoke w/Sparkle @ class, she wants to come back as full member.
Joy B. unsure of what she wants to do.
Gloria made a motion to offer both 90 days probation a change to catch up on dues & fees & be active in class, Wanda 2nd. Larry will call both. They have till the end of this week to decide.

We don’t have enough people available to perform the O’Jay’s festival.
We need new members, please scout & invite them to class.
Wear Infinity t-shirts to class. We are all instructors even if we are not the lead instructor.
Money for raffle tickets is due to Leslie K. only by August 18.
Larry will talk to Darlene about videotaping in class.
Staple’s has a sale jump drive for $7.99, 1GB. Larry suggests we all buy one & it comes out at the end of the year.
Ronnie said he paid for the jump drive that was purchased last year. Wanda spoke w/Yolanda & said if Infinity can produce a receipt he will give the jump drive back.
Wanda asked if there was anyway to change our calendar for the cabaret Dec.-Nov…the bylaws would have to change.
2009 Cabaret: Formal affair, colors are royal blue & silver. Brenda is the coordinator. Suggested ticket price $25 & serve dinner??
