This Months Meeting Will be held in our hangar, on Monday the 10th of Oct., at 7:30pm MI time. We need nominations for officers for the Nov. Election. All positions are open for the two year term, beginning on Jan.1, 2006. Please come and participate in this Important chapter event. We should plan for the annual Christmas Party and begin planning for next years events. Last Month there was no business meeting. |

Tom Gahan was the perfect host at our Sept. meeting, at his lake side airplane factory/camp ground. First we got a close up look at his beautiful Mini-Max airframe. Then we checked out his well stocked workshop. Finally we chowed down on shrimp with cocktail sauce, brats, burgers, potato salad, chips and fruit. No formal business meeting was held, but we enjoyed an hour or so of hangar flying. Tom even sent some of the guys home with treasures from his collection of garage “stuff”. Thanks Tom, for the food, drink and planning it took. We appreciate it! |

Dear Chapter Members, Another summer is coming to a close and we will be looking forward to some cool fall flying days. I would like to get an update of projects around the chapter. We are moving ahead with the Vari-Eze and the next project for myself will be the seats. We are looking for tail numbers and Jim is busy installing brakes. We are still deciding on the hangar type, we have more inquiries for clear span buildings. It has been a quick summer as usual and I am looking forward to the winter projects. Look forward to the next chapter meeting we had missed the last one. I’m sure you will fill me in, I will be bringing in some food for our October meeting I hope to see you there. Bev |
