                We are also planning a dinner with Melody and her sister the night before the class for those who wish to attend. More information will be forthcoming.

Bank Account:

                We have over $1000 in our account at this time. Our Bazaars didn't do very well and we are planning to keep the items (except for hats which will be donated to the Caps for Kids Challenge) and try more Bazaars in the Fall. We have expenses coming up for the Overlay Crochet Class and for the Lily Chin classes.

Memberships and Newsletters:

                We are working on limiting the number of Newsletters that are printed and mailed each month; however the web version of the Newsletter is available for all.

                If you recieved a Newsletter Information Update Form with your Newsletter, we would like you to update your information for our Newsletter information and Roster. Please fill out the form and mail it back. Thank you for helping!

                If you are currently visiting the Newsletter on the web AND having a copy mailed to you, would you consider removing your name from the paper copy mailing list? This would help save time and money.

Speaking of the Newsletter:

                I would love help with the printing and mailing of the paper copy newsletters. This is something anyone with a home computer, printer and an internet connection can do.

Caps for Kids:

                Our Chapter has decided to compete in the Caps for Kids Chapter Challenge which is part of the Chain Link conference that is held in July. Please bring any hats/caps you've made for the Caps for Kids by the JUNE meeting, so Delma can take them to the Chain Link Conference!!                 Remember, kids come in all sizes from preemies to adult. Any pattern can be used. Any size hook, any style/color of yarn.
