1. Be sure you are open to the folder you want to upload the file (your document) to.
2. Type the path name or use the Browse button to find the file on your computer. You must know the location of the file on your computer in order to upload it.
3. Type in a description for the file—you can use your name or a summary of your comment.
4. Click the Upload File button.
Note: File upload only works with Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 3.0 or higher. If you use IE v3.0, you will need to download a special software patch from Microsoft

You might want to open a special folder for the course in your computer so you always know where your assignments are.
