Bustopher Jones is the St. Jame's Street cat. He is an upper class Jellicle, who doesn't come around the Junk Yard too often, probably just once a year for the Jellicle Ball. He enjoys fine dining and is a member of eight or nine clubs where he can get anything from curry to rice pudding to mutton.Since he is a black and white cat, many people think that there is a family tie to Mr. Mistoffelees. In the video, however, Mistoffelees doesn't look to be paying to much respect to Bustopher, mimicking his actions behind his back. Bustopher is a fat cat, and there can't be any doubt about that. Jennyanydots seems to see this as quite an accomplishment (I guess it's that whole "good provider" thing), and is quite taken with him when he gives her a flower at the end of his song.
