Multiphase Observational Rating Scale

(MORS)

In the educational organization a scale to measure the performance of teachers is developed in Multy phasic Observational Rating Scale. It is a comprehensive observational Rating Scale, which include the graphic rating, behavior rating and feedback rating techniques. The task of the teacher is analyzed and the statements are developed. Each statement is rated on five no. scale ranging from unsatisfactory to excellent. One is for unsatisfactory and five is for excellent.
