Several major distributions, such as Red Hat and Caldera offer several value-added
features like bundled commercial applications (such as office suites
or full Netware suites, for example) and commercial tech support.
You can't always get these types of extras if you just download the
distribution, or buy it from a reseller. Shop around a bit and ask
questions before you make up your mind what distribution to get.
