Lesson 2 : Greeting                     

We've already known hiragana, katakana, kanji a little bit in lesson 1, now we will learn the greeting in Japanese. 

• Good morning        : ohayo gozaimasu, or just say ohayo (o is long vowel)    
• Good afternoon     : konnichi wa
• Good evening        : Komban wa
• Good night           : Oyasumi nasai, or just say oyasumi
• Thank you            : Arigato gozaimasu
  
  
  How do we introduce ourself in Japanese ?
  
  Hajimemashite. Watashi wa Ruby desu. Taiwan kara kimashita. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
  (How do you do. I am Ruby. I'm from Taiwan. Nice to meet you).
  
  The word desu is read des. You don't have to say 'u' in the end of the word.
  
  OK, say good bye, and see you ..... sayonara, mata-ne.....
