APPRAISER

Students who complete the R1, R2 and USPAP course will qualify as a Nationa1 USPAP New Jersey Real Estate Appraiser Trainee.

No State Exam is required for this designtion. Also, an excellent course to help increase your listing and sales ability.

Week Day Course Schedule

R1/ (30 hrs) & R2/ (30 hrs) - 8:30AM to 2:30PM
USPAP (15 hrs) - 9:30 to 5:00 PM

R1 - Jan 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 ...... R2 - Feb 1, 6 , 8, 13, 15 ..USPAP - March 6 & 8

R1 - May 29, 31, June 5, 7, 12... R2 June 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 ..........USPAP - July 10 and 12

R1 - October 16 18, 23, 25, 28 , 30 -- R2 Nov 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 .........USPAP - Nov 27 and 29

Examinations and Certificates
A separate examination is given after each of the courses. (R1-R2 and USPAP). A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to students who satisfactorily complete the course. This certificate must be presented to the State Appraisal Board for to receive a permit.
