He married Mary KERNAGHAN circa 1814. Mary was born circa 1792. Mary died 28 August 1868 in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, at 76 years of age.

circa 1818. Margaret was the daughter of Andrew ROSS. Margaret died 1 January 1905 in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, at 86
years of age.

Elizabeth (Eliza) JOHNSTONE was born in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl circa 1823. She married
Andrew ROSS in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 26 November 1845. Andrew was the son of Andrew ROSS. (See Andrew ROSS for the continuation of this line.)
She was christened in Carrickfergus, Nth Irl, 12 February 1823.
