IGLGU Competition
Age & Skill Groups

Age Groups:

18-29 - 20
30-39 - 30
40-49 - 40
50+ - 50

Skill Classification Groups:

Class A:
Gymnasts with no prior experience in gymnastics, still learning basic skills. Routines consist of "A" level skills.

Class B:
Gymnasts with intermediate level skills. Routines usually consist of "A" level skills with a minimum of 4 "B" level skills required in each event.

Class C:
Gymnasts performing "B" and several "C" level skills. This class generally includes university level, national & World Class (Olympic?) level competitors wanting to compete as independent adults.

Class D:
Due to the age of most IGLGU gymnasts, "D" level skills will be rare. It is expected that very few gymnasts will be performing "D" level skills. If you can still do "D" level work, you will be welcomed and admired. (worshiped?)

Example:
Age group 30 doing skill level "B" would be bracket B-30
