During my stay in Serbia (Yugoslavia), I was a member of the research group of Prof.Dr. Jovan Setrajcic in the Laboratory of theoretical physics at Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Our group was working (from December 1995 to December 1997) on the subproject of the Ministry for Sciences and Technology of Republic Serbia:

"Investigation of dynamical properties of condensed systems"

in the frame of scientific project
"Transport phenomena and physical characteristics of materials",

and (up to 2000) in project:
"Investigation of physical properties of superconductive materials"
of Yugoslav Ministry of development, sciences and environment.

Between 2000 and 2003, I was a research assistant (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter) at the Faculty of Natural Sciences (Fakultaet fuer Naturwissenschaften), at the Technical University of Chemnitz (Technische Universitaet Chemnitz), Germany, in the group of Prof. Dr. Michael Schreiber.

Scientific project: "Simulation of organic semiconductors with density-functional theory and tight-binding methods",
(Simulation organischer Halbleiter mit Dichtefunktionaltheorie und Tight-Binding-Methoden)
Research area: Theoretical Solid State Physics

My main interests were excitonic properties and absorption spectra of organic molecular crystals (PTCDA, MePTCDI).
More details can be found in: Presentation

During 2003, I was a member of the group of Prof. Dr. Enrique Cereceda Louis, in the Department for Applied physics at the University of Alicante, Spain. My research was related to FitzHugh-Nagumo model in complex networks, working on European scientific project:

Fet Open Project COSIN IST-2001-33555
Research area: Biophysics and neural networks.

Currently, I have a post. doc. position in the Department for Applied physics at the University of Alicante, Spain, within the program "Juan de la Cierva" of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology.
Research area: Optical properties of organic molecules, suitable for novel laser devices (particularly TPD and derivates).
