Who:        Ivan Guillory, born in 1968 in Los Angeles, CA.

What:       Currently an ABD doctoral student in Kinesiology (Louisiana State University)

Where:     Right now living in Baton Rouge, but desperately trying to get out!

Education: B.A. Morehouse College, 1990; M.S. Lousiana State University, 1996
 

    As many of you know, my area of expertise is in exercise physiolgy. I'm hoping that at some point I'll finish my doctoral degree, and then do a little postgraduate work or, go directly into a college teaching position. However, I do have other goals as well, including, owning a business, and or being involved in the fitness or athletic arena. I would definitely consider coaching track and field on the collegiate level (I have a level one certification from USA Track and Field), or even writing for a national fitness publication. In fact, soon I'll be posting some of my fitness and health advice on this website, for the benefit of many, and my own experience. Eventually, I'd like to move back to Southern California to be close to family but, if that's not possible, Atlanta would definitely be my second choice.
