1. Do not start arguments which result in childish name calling and bickering. This will not be tolerated as it just leads to people becoming unhappy with the environment. If you want to start a debate then do it reasonably and act like adults. If someone riles you, just don't respond. If you do, you will receive a warning. Any more and it will become a suspension or termination of contract offense.

2. Keep swearing to a reasonable level, Not saying you cant do it but lets try to keep it under control.

3. Racism will NOT be tolerated to any extent. This is automatic grounds for firing.

4.  Sensitive subjects such as drugs or rape are not usual tolerated but if they are essential to a story line or perhaps a part of your wrestlers past, please insert an OOC note at the start of the RP. These things upset some individuals and it is only showing consideration. However, shooting or killing someone else's character is not allowed. If you are not sure if what you want to do falls into this category email us.

5. You cannot use other people's possessions or characters without getting clearance from them first. Exceptions to this are the following:
- The character used is a "look alike" of the actual character you are trying to represent. This is allowed as long as it is clearly stated somewhere in the roleplay that they character is a look alike.
- The character is used in a cameo role, without any relevance to the actual rp, one which does not involve their character. Try to get permission first but try to refrain from this however as complications can arise.

6. If you fail to Roleplay, chances are you will lose the matches unless we had some special circumstances planned then these may go ahead as planned. This federation is based mainly on how you roleplay and only part of it is the angle element. It is not necessarily quantity that wins, more so quality. Quantity only comes into consideration if the roleplays are deemed to be too close to call. It is best to put the most effort you can into your roleplays to have the best chance of winning.

7. If you have some important business to attend to, family matters, problems or vacations and such then drop us an e-mail and we will do our best to rearrange matches if they are booked or keep you off cards until you are able to return. BUT let us know so we don't take it as you quit.

8. We do not accept 'Real-Life' Wrestlers into  ICW. No Shape no form. Sorry other feds for that.

9. Don't make your application ridiculously out of proportion. Keep wrestlers Realistic. If your character is consider so, you will be asked to modify the application.

10. We welcome your ideas for storylines and angles. These will not always be used depending on what we have planned but they will be taken into consideration. Also if you want to run in, have an interview, or a backstage segment on the show you can use the request a segment link.
