Website, NLC Chronicles; re-launched
“A soft copy and a hard copy of NLC activities”, that is how Engr. Roger Avenido, a former BEE
Member and IIEE National President describes the chapter’s website and newsletter. Engr. Avenido was the guest of honor during the re-launching last
April 28, 2006 at Sitio Bar and Restaurant, Paseo de Sta.
The website, www.oocities.org/iiee_nlc/index.htm
is a product of NLC Secretary March Matienzos’
creativity and artistic mind while the NLC Chronicles is a brain child of 2005
President Engr. Larry Cruz.
The celebration was attended by known personalities in IIEE
– Laguna headed by former Region IV Governors, Engr.
Eric Elazigue and Engr. Moises Fule. In attendance also were 2006 Southern Laguna
Chapter President Lamberto Mendoza, 2005 Central
Laguna Chapter President Robert Dolde, 1995 Laguna
Chapter President Jose (Pepot) Perez, CLC Officer Boy
Sanchez, Pamatec Sales Manager Jun Magpantay and the current Chairman of the IIEE RME
Committee, Engr. Flor Varona.
Schneider Electric and Moldex Products, Inc. were the first advertisers of the newsletter and website.
