“Hello, Welcome to Sony, how may I help you”
“Good Morning miss, I was hoping to have a quick word with Tim Byrne and Vicky Blood” Sofia said, her voice full of confidence.
“May I give them a name and do you have an appointment?”
“My name is Sofia Stevens, they are Corrine Blake and Lauren Browne, and we are sorry, but we don’t have appointments”
“Can I ask the nature of your visit?”
“Well…I work for my local newspaper and I was hoping for an interview with the new boyband a1”
“well, give me one moment and I will check if Tim and Vicky are free”
“Thank you miss.”

After five minutes the lady got off of the phone and said,
“If you would like to wait five minutes over there, I will fetch you when you can go up”
“Thank you very much!” Sofia said appreciatively.
Sofia, Corrine and Lauren all sat down quietly and looked around the big building, Sofia was so excited, she never thought that she’d even get a chance to sit in the Sony buildings let alone talk to people that worked there about interviewing a band! The five minutes ended quite quickly and the lady came over and took them to a room, where they found a man and woman-quite friendly looking-sitting.
As they entered the room, both people stood up and smiled.
“Good morning, I’m Vicky blood and he is Tim Byrne”
Sofia walked over and shook their hands, “I’m Sofia Stevens and they are Corrine Blake and Lauren Browne”
Vicky smiled and knodded at both girls and they smiled back.
“I understand that you were hoping to do an interview with our lovely lads, a1” Vicky said looking at Sofia.
“Yes, If it is possible I would really appreciate it, I have my press pass and I.D Card if you need proof that I’m with a newspaper.” Sofia said.
“Well, I believe you, but may I ask how old you and your friends are?”
“Yes, I’m 15 so is Corrine and Lauren just turned 16”
“Your very young, are you hoping to go into a journalistic career?”
“My dream is to be a singer, I love performing, but if not then yes I would either like to be a journalist or a psychologist” Sofia said.
“Do you have a good voice”
Sofia stayed quiet, she didn’t like answering questions like that, she felt that if she said yes she’d sound full of herself and if she said no she’d sound like she had no faith in herself.
“Yes she does, she just doesn’t like saying yes” Corrine said.
“Ah, the full of yourself, no faith dilemma?” Tim said
Sofia knodded.
“Well, getting back to the point, when were you hoping to do the interview?”
“Anytime that Is convenient for you and the lads” Sofia said smiling
“Well, the guys are free tonight, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow” Tim said.
“We could do the interview tonight?” Sofia asked

“Yes, if you wanted to”
“Yeah, that would be great!” She said happily.
“Well, we’ll call the lads in, how about 6:30?”
“Yeah, that would be OK, thank you both so much” Sofia said politely.
“Thank you” Lauren and Corrine said.
“Your welcome young ladies.” Tim said.
“If you come back here around 6:15pm, we will meet you in the lobby, ok?” Vicky said
“Yes OK thank you again” Sofia said
“Bye girls, it was very nice meeting you” Tim said smiling.
“See you soon, it was lovely to meet you both” Sofia said, and then left with Corrine and Lauren.
