Mark walked into the bathroom and sat on the toilet.

"Shit man," he whispered to himself. He took his mobile out of his pocket and stood up off the toilet and sat on the edge of the bath. He used speed dial on his phone to ring Christian.

"Hello," answered Christian.

"Chris it’s me Mark,"

"Oh hi...thought I said if your gonna go off to Paul not to contact me ever again you bastard!"

"Sorry mate but-"

"Don’t you dare call me mate! We’re not mates anymore ‘cause you went to stay with Ben and Paul,"

"Chris...Paul’s been arrested for Benji’s murder!"

"Good,"

"Good! No it ain’t!"

"Why?"

"He’s gonna go down and I wanna know how I can help him stay out of the frame, they have pictures of Paul near the crime scene,"

"I know,"

"How?"

"How do you think?!"

"You took them?"

"Yeah....well I couldn’t let myself be put in the frame for Benji’s murder now could I?"

"You did it?!"

"Hell yeah! Just wanted to help Paul out a little,"

"Chris...I don’t understand, why all of a sudden do you hate Paul and Ben?"

"Because they were the reason A1 split remember!"

"No they weren’t,"

"Paul left because he was going through a bad time with his personal life and Ben was making it any better because Ben was always having a go at him! If it hadn’t been for them both we....A1 could be huge and loaded still today! But instead Mark we’re the most gayest band that’s ever been and everyone now hates us and we’re all really poor apart from the few jobs we do!"

"Chris...Paul said it had nothing to do with Ben...."

"Yeah but he only said that to try and keep us happy and anyway the little twig is paying for what he did to me...you as well!"

"Is that all you wanted? To be famous and rich?"

"Yes! And Paul and Ben ruined that for me! And you!"

"So it had nothing to do with music?"

"No not at all! Mark if you tell anyone about what I’ve done...I swear I’ll have someone blow your fucking brains out! Now fuck off and leave me alone!" Christian hung up before Mark could say anything. Mark was shocked, but he thought he could see it coming. Christian wanted to get back at Paul and now he had or had he?

"Markie you all right in there? you’ve been in the bathroom for about half an hour now," called out Zee.

"I’m fine, just needed a wash as well," replied Mark opening up the door.

"OK good,"

"Anyway babe....erm...I think I need cheering up a bit...so maybe we could well go into the bedroom and we could treat each other,"

"Yeah," Zee grinned and lead Mark into her room giggling.

"Hanne.. we all know Paul didn’t do it and soon the police will know and they’ll let Paul go," said Lisa still trying to comfort Hanne.

"I guess...but Mark said his chances of getting out were very thin," replied Hanne still crying.

"Yeah...but there’s always room for-"

"Hanne...maybe you should sleep and then in the morning we’ll think of something to do," butted in Ben.

"Yeah OK then," replied Hanne, "Night," Hanne walked off.

"Why you send her away?" asked Lisa.

"Because," Ben said as he sat down next to her, "I wanted to spend some time with you, and anyway she does need sleep," replied Ben.

"Yeah guess your right,"

"I always am," Lisa smiled and kissed Ben.

"Hope Paul doesn’t go down for this ‘cause we know he didn’t do it,"

"Yeah, but Lis there’s always the what if we’re wrong and he did do it,"

"Guess....well what do you think then?"

"Don’t think he did kill Benji,"

"Same....maybe Paul’s been set up though,"

"By who exactly?"

"Erm...well you know who likes Paul and who doesn’t,"

"A lot of people like Paul and there’s quite a few that don’t like him and the ones that don’t like him wouldn’t have the guts to sat him up and kill someone to do so,"

"Yeah...actually you know Christian?"

"Yeah,"

"You would of thought he’d be here now, to see how things are going and stuff,"

"Yeah, but Christian doesn’t know about it so you can’t blame him and Chris and Paul aren’t exactly friends either,"

"Oh right,"

"Yeah, anyway enough about all that, wanna watch a film?"

"Yeah,"

"Cool," Ben popped Notting Hill into the video player and sat back with Lisa.
