Cherish This Love

Chapter 1

"Everytime I kiss I feel your lips and Everytime I cry I see your smile and Everytime I close my eyes I realize that Everytime I hold your hand in mine The sweetest thing my heart could ever find And I have never felt this way Since the day I gave your love away" sung Natalie out loud in front of her two best friends who she lived with.

"Who sings that?" asked Shreena curious to find out the answer. Lisa looked up.

"A1, that band Natty likes," she said before Natalie had a chance to answer.

"Oh," replied Shreena going back to the book she was reading.

"Mark is so fit," said Natalie showing the picture of A1 to Lisa.

"He’s OK I guess," replied Lisa.

"That ones nice," said Shreena looking up from her book and she pointed at a tall fellow with brown curtains and blue eyes.

"Ben," said Natalie.

"Yummy!" replied Shreena with a giggle.

"Ben’s the youngest," said Natalie.

"I like that one," said Lisa pointing at a Norwegian looking man with blonde hair and green eyes.

"Christian," replied Natalie.

"Yeah, he’s well fit," said Lisa.

"They’re all fit," said Shreena, "But Ben’s better!" Lisa giggled.

"Their songs are very good too," added in Natalie. Lisa and Shreena looked at Natalie.

"Never really listened to them," said Lisa.

"No," replied Shreena. Natalie stood up from the kitchen table and quickly walked out of the room and back in with her A1 CDs, she didn’t have the album yet, it wasn’t out, but she was going to get it as soon as it came out on the 22nd of November.

"You can borrow them if you want, Everytime is out 8th of November guys," said Natalie handing her four CD’s of A1 to Lisa and Shreena. She had CD 1 and 2 of Be The First To Believe and CD 1 and 2 of Summertime Of Our Lives.

"Cool, thanks," said Shreena. Lisa looked at her mobile phone for the time, 9:30am.

"Got to go work now guys, see you later," said Lisa standing up.

"Bye," said Shreena.

"See you," said Natalie. Lisa walked into the hall and put her coat on and then opened the door. She stepped out and started walking to her work. She worked in a new hairdressers that just opened up in the centre of London. Lisa was only 17 years old. Shreena was 18 and Natalie was 20. Lisa finally arrived at the hairdressers half an hour late.

"finally you come," snapped Helene Lisa’s manager.

"Sorry I’m late," replied Lisa and she walked into the staff room and put her things in there.

"Your first customer is waiting," said Helene pointing to someone sitting in the chair waiting for Lisa to come. He had blonde hair and he was wearing jeans and a top. Lisa walked over to him.

"Sorry we’re running behind," said Lisa looking at the man.

"That’s OK, I didn’t mind the wait anyway," replied the man in a Norwegian accent. Lisa looked at him.

"Oh my god," she whispered looking at him. The man smiled. Helene walked over.

"Lisa, you do have to cut the gentleman’s hair, not just look at him," said Helene and she walked off again. The man laughed.

"Christian from A1," whispered Lisa finally being able to say something. Christian looked at her and smiled.

"Yes," he replied. Lisa looked shocked.

"What do you want doing then?" asked Lisa calming down a bit.

"Just tidy my hair up please," replied Christian smiling.

"OK," said Lisa and she picked up her comb and scissors.

"Are you a fan then?" asked Christian. Lisa didn’t really know how to answer the question, she wasn’t a fan, but she’d never really heard of A1 much.

"Sort of," replied Lisa.

"What do you mean by sort of?" asked Christian.

"Well, my best friend loves A1, and well I like you too, but not as much, although I haven’t really," she paused, Christian looked at her curious to know the answer, "Well I haven’t really listened to your songs much,"

"Well we’ve only just come out, so I’ll forgive you," joked Christian. Lisa laughed. Lisa started cutting his hair and tidying it up.

"I’ll new single is out in the shops Monday," said Christian.

"Cool, good luck on getting a number one then," replied Lisa.

"Thanks," said Christian smiling. Lisa carried on cutting his hair and finally a while later it was finished. Christian looked in the mirror to make sure it was OK.

"Brilliant, thanks," said Christian.

"Cool," replied Lisa. Christian kissed her on the cheek.

"Bye," he said.

"Bye," replied Lisa. Christian turned round and walked out the door, leaving Lisa in shock of what had just happened. She couldn’t believe she had just cut Christian’s hair.

"Work!" shouted Helene to Lisa. Lisa sighed, she really hated Helene and she was sure of the fact that Helene hated her. Helene was always bossing Lisa about. Lisa looked back out of the big window, she saw Christian signing autographs for fans outside, then she quickly thought of Natalie. She quickly grabbed three pieces of paper and a pen from the front desk and ran outside to Christian. A big smiled appeared on Christian’s face.

"Hi again," he said.

"Hi, can you sign these for me, ones for my friend Natty and ones for my friend Shreena and this ones for me," replied Lisa handing Christian the pieces of paper. Christian signed two of the pieces of paper with his name, but the one for Lisa he put a number on it.

"Call me," he said. Lisa looked shocked. Christian smiled.

"Bye," said Christian kissing Lisa on the cheek again. He walked away. Lisa looked at the number he’d given her, for a starters she couldn’t believe it. She walked back into the hairdressers to be greeted by Helene, a angry looking Helene.

"Get your stuff and leave!" snapped Helene.

"Why?" asked Lisa.

"Because your sacked!" shouted Helene. Lisa walked into the staff and pick up her things and left. Lisa didn’t feel like going home, so she went to a cafe instead. She sat down at a table, wondering whether to call Christian or not, she didn’t dare. Lisa ordered herself a drink and something to eat and the waiter brought them out to her.

"Thanks," she said.

"That’s OK my love," replied the waiter, Lisa knew the waiters daughter, his daughter was called Sammie and she was 17, the same age as Lisa. They were quite good friends, but they never saw each other often.

"Do you know if Sammie is doing anything tonight? because I was wondering if she’d like to come and stay at our house for a few days," said Lisa.

"I don’t think she is, you’d have to call her though," replied Sammie’s dad and he walked back into the cafe. Lisa was sitting outside of the cafe. She looked around to see if she could see anyone she knew, but she couldn’t. She was really only looking for Christian, she couldn’t believe her luck today and she was very happy about it too. She took out her mobile phone from her bag and she put in Christian’s number. She wasn’t going to call him yet, she was going to wait until she’d told Natalie, Sammie and Shreena about today.
