How To Use The Colours
The best way to get the most benefit from colour is to meditate upon it. With each explanation of the colours I have added a colour plate for you to view and meditate upon. All you have to do is chose which colour you would like to benefit from, click the colour name and a plate will open up for you to view. Clear your mind, take a few deep breathes from your belly and stare upon the colour plate. Breath in the colour, feel it seep into your skin and deep inside you. Keep breathing deep and slow. You may stare at the colour plate for approximately 15 minutes if you wish. You may do for longer or more than once a day also. Please remember this is not a cure but here to help you with what you want to accomplish. If you feel you can not meditate properly do not forget practice makes perfect. Not everyone is born a meditater. Practice listening to your breath, maybe put on some gentle music or nature sounds. Most of all stare at the colour, feel it and see it becoming part of you. This is your time to reap the benefits of it so take you time and enjoy it.
