In pursuing its objectives, the CIDR works in partnership with selected institutions, leading local and international NGO's in carrying out a combination of collaborative field-work. Co-operation programmes in research and analysis, communication and information dissemination are designed to contribute directly to better the understanding and strengthen rural welfare policy-making.
