CHAPTER....

Darkness swept across the land like a plague slowly making its way forward with its cloak of evil billowing in the gentle night breeze.
She ran like she'd never done before in her life. And they called this age 'sweet sixteen'. Right now, she wore beads of sweat all over her face and  her heart wasn't beating for he who would woo her for her hand in marriage and a promised life time of romance. Her heart was beating out of fear for her precious life....

They weren't far behind. Shuffling figures making their way forward across the night-time plains against a backdrop of a  cloudy African sky barely able to occasionally  display the beauty of a full moon shining in all its glory. THE KOOL-AND-THE-GANG- DISCO-FANATICS WERE BACK FROM THE DEAD!

"Ce-e-e-e-le-bra-a-a-ation time!" they chorused. The villagers all ran out. This was going to be a grand feast!
She was the only upset one - why couldn't these villagers understand the era of Disco ended years ago? NO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O! She could never stand this!

"Ce-e-e-e-le-bra-a-a-ation time!"

The horror...
