Teeq is a combination of Sergeant Stone's head and torso and Slicks arms and legs.
His waist and legs have been lengthened 8-12 millimeters, and filled with putty. That's why his boots have furry cuffs and why his abdominal muscles are slightly crooked. The coat and bionic eye are just putty and wire.

Ambidextrous, Quickload, Gunfighter, Fast Draw Special: hates Dark Eldar. Counts as having Nerves of Steel (when fired upon by Dark Eldar), Force of Will (against Dark Eldar), and Furious Assault. He must attack Dark Eldar if within sight, must move towards and engage them in hand to hand if he has no ammunition left. Teeq is also mute, his tongue torn out by Kaysek. |

Teeq was a low-hive criminal and gun for hire, a true underhive scum. His only redeeming feature was his covert funding of several underhive orphanages and soup kitchens. When Pain Cultists raided one of his soup kitchens, Teeq took this as a personal affront and tracked the cultist to the upper hive. Unfortunately, he was captured by their security detail and was in the process of being ritually tortured to death as the raid on the Cult began. Drakken Konn and Kaysek had just excised his right eye with his pain blades as Orrien's wrath crashed down with the full force and terrible anger of the Emperor behind it.
After the raid, his empty eye socket raw and bleeding, Teeq pledged his service to Interrogator Tarkin, as long as he gets first crack at Kaysek whenever they track the bastard down. He finds great pleasure of tormenting Drakken in his lucid rest-state, and occasionally takes pot shots at him in battle if they are separated from Tarkin or Orrien.
Notes
Kristoffer: Teeq is a gunfighter, but I thought I'd make him different from Slick, so he has less talents, but he does have his hatred of dark eldar and that rangefinder (which helps to compensate for the crappy ranges of his guns). The rangefinder is just the thing for a gunfighter too. If he ever faces a dark eldar in hand to hand combat he is likely to be killed, but at least he won't be afraid to give it a try.
