:: Attacks and Weapons::

I have found that many people only know the American dub version of most of InuYasha's attacks, let alone know how to spell them either way. This section is here to explain the different attacks and weapons InuYasha uses to shed a light on his boastful power.

: Attacks :

Soul skattering Iron Claw (Sankon Tetsusou): InuYasha's probably most well known attack. He uses his claws, that begin t glow a bright yellow, to slice through any opposition with little trouble at all.

Flying Blade Blood Claws (Hijin Ketsusou) : InuYasha's second attack with his claws calls for him to use his very own blood to attack! He dips his claws in his wound and uses his hand like with Sankon Tetsusou but this time it throws red syckle type things forward.

Wound of the Wind (Kaze No Kizu) : InuYasha's main attack with Tetsusaiga, he can destroy 100 youkai in one swing with this attack.

Demon Form (Youkai) : His demon form is an attack itself. After Tetsusaiga is broken when Goshinki bites it the youkai blood within InuYasha is released and he goes on a killing rampage. The youkai blood that invades his human when he transforms is too much for his hanyou body, it completely numbs his senses, so he doesnt feel pain or can think, he only kills untill he -is- killed or knocked out.

: Weapons :

Pulverising Steel Fang (Tetsusaiga) : The fang of his fathers that the sword maker Totousai made for him. It was hidden in InuYasha's right eye (or pupil) where his brother went looking for it. Kagome was able to get it out of its perch within his fathers bony stomach where Sesshoumaru couldnt touch it because he was youkai and InuYasha couldnt budge it just because, I guess, he wasnt trying to protect a human to get it out. The blade is basically used to protect humans and will only transform for him if he has good intensions for it (or at least that is what has been said, I think he just likes to swing it around sometimes.) The blade holds back his youkai blood untill it was broken, then repaired with one of his own fangs to fill it, making it much heavyer. The sword has a brother to go with Sesshoumaru but does the complete opposite, it brings back 100 humans instead of kills 100 youkai.

His Claws : Ok, His claws are a weapon if you look at it, but they arn't used all that much after InuYasha figures out how to work tetsusaiga, but they still deserve some credit for keeping him alive for the time before he had found the sword in his eye.
