Head Mistress

Mrs. Sarah Birungi is the current Head teacher of Mengo.S. School. She joined the school in 2001 from Kyambogo College School, where she was working as a Deputy, so her coming to Mengo was a promotion. She replaced Mr. Ganatusanga Wakataama, who served from 1998 to 2000. He was also posted to Mukono Bishops Secondary school. He replaced Mrs. Joy Male, who served the school from 1994 to 1998. She is now the Headmistress at Gayaza High School. 

Deputies:

A.D.Mukasa

He is the Deputy Head teacher in charge of Academics. He is now the longest serving member of staff in Mengo, who has been there since 1966, and he is also an old boy of the school.

B.I.Semakula

He is the Deputy Head teacher in charge of Welfare. He is the most outstanding and important person as far  the students welfare is concerned. He is the one responsible for food in dinning and all other student's concerns.

Deans:

G.Neema

He is the dean of students of the upper school. This comprises of students in S.5 and S6. He is also responsible for the intake of new students in Senior 5. He is also the Head of Department of English and Literature.

Sam Mulindwa

He is the dean of students in the middle school. This is comprised of students in S3 and S4. He is currently the Head of Department of History, and was the Head of the Music Department, which he handed over to another person.

B.Bakojja

He is the dean of students in the lower school. this comprises of students in S1 and S2.
