Sightings in the South of England
UFOs seen over English Channel
The Objects were seen by pilots and air passengers. I also talked on BBC radio on Friday27/4/07 about my views on the ufo subject
Exactly what the pilots saw may well remain a mystery, but we are in a time of change and the media is now beginning g to accept the fact that these sightings are worth taking seriously. Its also interesting to note that we have a report of Britain's first crop circle of 207 on that date
I don't suggest the too are connected its just a point worth mentioning. Its also interesting to read the views of other pilots when such things are reported.
Here are some websites that might be of interest to you.

Brilliant white ufo seen Gosport 11/8/07
Nothing more to go on than that i am afrade. The sighting came to me in a text. The guy went to to say how he saw a large white light brighter than anything else in the sky, The object stayed in view around for over 5 minuets. I do relise that this is a rather vague report, but vague or not its still worth reporting.

Dilwyn, Herefordshire, England An Unusual Experience
Posted: February 24, 2007 Report taken from Brian Vike, Director HBCC UFO
I can only tell you what I have experienced myself at this stage. Some of my colleagues have since been back to the site and have further information which they promise to convey soon.
The location of the sightings is near to Dilwyn, Herefordshire, England. Myself and three friends arranged to visit the site back in October. Luckily, some of the sightings had come from one friend's mother and she lived in the area, so we based ourselves there. Reports had come from an area probably covering a couple of square miles and were happening at night. Unfortunately, conditions on the night of our investigations were not perfect. The sightings had happened in complete darkness, but this night the entire area was lit by very prominent moonlight.
We had been attracted to these sightings because most of the reports involved lights of some sort, either moving lights or stationary lights emitting light skywards. The majority of reports were about the moving lights, which apparently traveled only a few feet above the ground and moved quite erratically. We went armed with torches and video cameras, one of which had a night vision facility which proved very useful.
We had been shown photographic evidence taken in broad daylight of an object in some trees that we had got enlarged. The shape could have been anything to be honest, but did resemble "the devil's head complete with horns". Like I said, it could have been anything, although the trees appearing in the photograph were adjacent to fields in every direction. We came to the conclusion that the object in the picture was probably some farm vehicle. Enlarging the image hadn't helped.
We arrived at around 8:00 PM, which was dusk. We adapted ourselves to the environment, splitting up into two groups of two, just to get a fell for the area and to make sure of the area we were to survey. After meeting back together we suggested asking the mother of my friend for some more information. She pointed out the areas in which the activity had taken place, although this was very approximate but gave us an idea which areas to look. Her animals, which I think consisted of a cat and dog, had not ventured from the house for several weeks and had probably been frightened by something, as this was out of character. As I mentioned on my posting, one neighbor had decided to move away from the area. She had reported noises and lights either around her house or inside, and no one occasion had felt "someone touch her on the shoulder" during the night.
We ventured back out into the field at around 9:00 PM although it was dark, the moonlight was surprisingly bright and on some occasions the torches were not necessary. despite this, the cameras were rolling. We originally walked over several miles in a circle in an attempt to survey the whole area, but then decided to position ourselves in the center and staying one place.
We stayed out in the fields until 1:30 AM, and still hadn't seen anything so we retired for the night disappointed from the conditions portrayed on the reports.
Since my visit to the area with my three friends, two of them have returned to the area and reported some moving lights in nearby fields but could not verify what they were. They had no video recording equipment that night, so I can only rely on their words. To this day, the animals of the house still won't explore far from the house, and the neighbor still insists on moving away. We have watched the film footage we shot during the night from both cameras, but they remain inconclusive.
I cannot comment on what I think these lights are. Bear in mind that the area is agricultural and farmers do work at night. I only wish I had seen something that night and captured something on film. Unfortunately, conditions weren't suitable. I do intend to go back sometime, but it's very hit and miss concerning the ideal circumstances; complete darkness, no wind, no rain.
As I mentioned earlier, I have yet to get some information from my two friends that returned and did manage to observe lights, so when I receive an email from them, I will let you know. I would also be interested in anything you take part in.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Ashburton, Devon, England This Craft Was Huge
: December 30, 2006
Date: 1998 Time: 2:00 & 4:00 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Cigar Duration: Two mins. twice
Full Description & Details: This craft was huge and traveling at the same speed as a satellite. We were looking at the stars when I showed my partner a satellite traveling across the window -at that moment she looked up towards the satellite this huge craft traveling in a slightly different direction passed over the window. It would have passed directly over Goonhilly observatory as well twice that same night. As the satellite came across the window for the second time - so did the craft. We are definitely not alone.
Thank you to

Seabrook, Hythe,Kent Saturday evening, 29th July 2006
I was in my sister’s garden in Seabrook, Hythe, Kent. The weather was clear and the sky was bright (but moving towards dusk) – probably around 9:45 p.m. I looked up and saw three elliptical shaped lights in the sky which looked almost translucent except for a brighter white/yellow light in the center of each one. They were moving very fast and following closely upon each other above the rooftops, traveling eastwards and as I turned to ask my sister what she thought they were, and if she had seen them, she spotted the last one in the trio which had moved away from the others turning southwards and they all disappeared. I had been about to ask if she thought it was a laser beam but they were moving much too fast for that and my impression was that, apart from the bright light in the center of each one, the outer part was almost milky/hazy rather than bright and clear and they just seemed to dissolve. This all happened in about 20/30 seconds if that.
ILF would like to no of any similar sightings around the above date. Or if the sighting can be explained.
Seabrook Updated7/98/206
A search of the local papers has not found anything to connect with what they saw. I have since been told the sky was not at all dark and overcast and the objects were clearly visible. They made no sound that they could hear. When the witness first spotted them they had grouped together and were moving in a line and very close to each other, almost touching, until the last one branched off on its own. They were not high in the sky but just above chimney-pot height. The first impression was that they were almost ‘playing tag’ with each other. I asked the witness if they felt in any way different whilst watching them.
" I did feel somewhat elated at seeing them, although I still have no idea what they could have been"
"And I certainly didn't’t immediately think they were UFOs." As I mentioned previously, my first thought was that they might have been lasers but they were not connected to any beam that was visible to the naked eye.
The sighting is open ended and a logical explanation cannot be ruled out any more than this being a genuine sighting of an ILF

Date: April 14, 2006 Time: 9:00 pm-10:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 4 Shape of objects: Bright lights and red waves.
Full Description of event/sighting: On the 14th of April 2006, I was at Arlington Stadium in Hailsham, East Sussex when I looked up into the sky I saw a bright light that looked like a plane coming towards me or a bright star, but then another one appeared ,then two more. They were all lined up in a row. Then a weird thing happened.
As I looked at the light there was a red object hovering underneath it. It was a distorted red shape that shot across to the other lights in the sky. Then more appeared and this went on for ages. Then after about an hour the red thing hovered near the ground and all of a sudden the lights shot off and disappeared. It has left me wondering what it was, and was I the only one seeing this. I know I'm not going mad. Pleases help find out what this was. Thank you.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.
