A Tribute in Honor of:

American Freedom

It is a violation of the  Freedom of Speach and Religion for the Flag Salute to be removed from the school system.The freedom that allows them to complain, about these freedoms,is being sighted for the foundation of their complaint. This is like 'biting the hand that feeds you". This teaches loyality, pride, commitment, faith and history of our great country. One Salute can teach so much, it is not to be taken lightly. If it is removed, how long before we have no more positive influences left for our young.

This is a symbol of our freedom

It was brought to my attention today that their are some folks trying to stop our worship services on the airwaves and included the show 'Touched By An Angel'. Now I feel that this is going too far. This show teaches morals and suggestions how to correct a long-term wrong. In this time, we need the morals and making corrections is not a bad thing either. Our children need to learn morals that they are not getting in this single-parent dominated society. If TV can be blamed for the wrongs learned, would it be worth the risk, if good can be learned as well, to remove it? I prefer the moto that 'if you can't do the time, don't do the crime'. Please think about this before removing any of the good educational things from our young viewers. All of this, for references to that of a 'higher power' than man himself.
