| Best Westside Album: Jurassic 5- Power In Numbers: This region is my personal favorite because I am from the West. There were many worthy adversaries, but no album could match the solid production and lyrics of Jurassic 5. Their music reminds me of Tribe Called Quest, with with more lyricists. | Best Hip Hop Album: Jurassic 5- Power In Numbers: Tough decision to make, but Jurassic edges out Eminem, Scarface & Nas. These 4 all put out flawless albums this year, but in the end, Jurassic's lyrics and banging beats had me hooked for months. |
