 Rules, don't ya hate 'em!! But, gosh golly gee, rules are really important.
- Make sure you fill out everything that applies to you in the application. Don't let stupid mistakes get you rejected.
- Use your best spelling and grammar when typing your application. Of course I will give a little leeway since noone is perfect. Even I make spelling misteaks sumtimes.
- The Sailor Moon is just a television show so your character can't be a cousin, daughter, friend, ecetera ecetera, of any of the characters off Sailor Moon.
- Don't name any of your characters after characters on Sailor Moon. Be original.
- Swearing is allowed but keep it to a minimum. And absolutely no "F" word, there could be children watching!
- There will be absolutely no hentai. That's just gross. Your character can have sex or whatever, I just don't wanna read about it.
- Don't send in applications for characters already taken. It doesn't matter how terrific your application is you still won't get that person's character.
- Don't make your character perfect. Make sure she has some flaws.
- Don't make your character all powerful. Meaning she won't be able to say three little words and destory the universe. Also, attacks will hit them sometimes and they may get injured.
- And the most important rule of all......TRY YOUR BEST! But don't worry, if you get rejected you can always try again!
