Learnable Drop Monitor and Monitoring Method
a.k.a. : IV Infusion Rate Monitor
A drop monitor that can learn from any dropping rate, without preset. the monitor generate a reasonable variation automatically, and use this value to monitor the follow drops. when the dropping rate beyond the reasonable range, a alarm or other sign will be triggered for attention. After reset the system, the monitor restart the process again.
