Broken Record

Alarming it may seem the faces that I've seen
Too often mistaking everything for new
I should know by now the smiles you wear aren't you

I won't cry over keys that are gone
I won't lost because I know you're wrong

So shoot me through the barrier
Breaking records you know were never there
So sit down, take your finger off of it
Maybe by tomorrow I'll forget

I was perplexed in solitude
I was gaxing out through my dream
But closer up your hands don't look so crystal clean
And while I fancy your pretty lies, I don't believe you
There's no such thing as a double sided truth

I'm bouncing off the walls again
I'm trying not to make a sound
I keep looking up but I am falling down
I'm spinning all around
The room is spinning all around

So shoot me through the barrier
Breaking records you know were never there
So sit down, point your finger somewhere else
Maybe by tomorrow you'll be back on the shelf
