The other evening I returned home after another trip from the Landing to work with my trainer for guilds and recieved word that Iscikella had been possessed by the spirit within the sphere she held. From what I gathered, the sphere contained the essence of one of the Council of Ten who wanted to harm Thurfel immensly. He told some of the story, explaining that Thurfel got out, but was supposed to have come back and got them soon after, and hadn't. They were angry at him and wanted to get him back. |

Later that evening Arimantis told me about the sanctuary they were in. Alyxandrah had been with them as well, and the essence of Thurfels magic was reaching out to her to speak to her when there was a sound of a whimper of pain, and then silence. Thurfel has not been seen since, but sent word to Iscikella through Kadesha that he was alright. Another young fellow told Iscikella he was concerned that Thurfel was gone, as the staff was not often paying attention as they should when Thurfel isn't around. Perhaps we will find out more soon. We are all concerned about what the Council of Ten will do when released, and now it seems as if Thurfel has need to worry as well. |
