ABSTRACT
     Given the high competition among the incumbents in the Internet service industry and the differing demand on Internet services by customers, each ISP is seeking out the characteristics of each market segment to order to gain a market niche. By differentiating its services from those of other service providers, each ISP attempts to gain the highest share of the market as possible. As a result, customer information is becoming increasingly important as a determinant of success in the industry. To better manage customer information to the full advantage, customer information management through Internet database has been employed. This system not only provides the added benefits of ease of use and scalability but also tackles the problem in customer database management for Customer Relations Department too.
